REFUND POLICY — BENITO MERCH

Return Period

You have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, we will send a prepaid return shipping label with instructions. Items will not be accepted without a prior return request.

Damage and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the correct item is to return the current one and, once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the desired item.

Right of Withdrawal — European Union (14 days)

If merchandise is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition (unused, with tags and original packaging). You will also need the receipt.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
